Events questions
How far in advance should we book?
For anything needing a road closure, contact us at least two months out so the application and public notification can be done properly. Smaller on-site traffic work can be arranged with a few weeks' notice.
Do you work with event organisers or councils directly?
Both. We regularly work alongside organisers, venues and council events teams, and we can join your planning meetings.
Can you manage parking as well as the road?
Yes. Entry and exit flow, marshalled parking and pedestrian routes are part of most event jobs we run.
