These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes and services provided by Bay Traffic Management. By using the site or engaging our services you accept these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are prepared in good faith from the information you provide. If the scope, duration or site conditions change, the price may change; we will tell you before additional costs are incurred. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Services

Traffic management services are delivered in accordance with the approved traffic management plan and the applicable New Zealand temporary traffic management requirements. Approval timeframes rest with the relevant road controlling authority and are outside our control.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable by the 20th of the month following invoice. Equipment on hire remains the property of Bay Traffic Management, and the hirer is responsible for loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear.
